Parnasa Match is a platform that helps users discover job information, company information, and referral-related connections. We do not employ seekers, hire on behalf of employers, guarantee referrals, guarantee interviews, guarantee offers, guarantee outcomes, or guarantee that any user, company, listing, message, introduction, or opportunity is accurate, available, appropriate, lawful, safe, or successful.

You use the service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your job search, hiring decisions, communications, submissions, interviews, reliance, compliance, and any consequences that follow from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis. Parnasa Match disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, quiet enjoyment, and results.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, fully compatible with your needs, or free of bugs, omissions, scraping gaps, false positives, false negatives, delays, or third-party failures.

If we offer any paid plan, premium feature, paid placement, subscription, or other paid service, you are paying only for access to that offering as described at the time of purchase. You are not purchasing any guarantee of results, referrals, hiring outcomes, uptime, compatibility, screening quality, legal compliance, background verification, identity verification, or protection from loss.

Paid use does not create any fiduciary duty, advisory duty, employment duty, staffing duty, or other special obligation on our part. The disclaimer of warranties, assumption-of-risk terms, and limitations of liability in these Terms apply equally to free and paid use.

The service may show or link to third-party jobs, companies, referral contacts, resumes, communications, websites, data providers, payment providers, and other content or services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party acts, omissions, content, policies, products, services, availability, or damages.

Any dealings between you and a third party are strictly between you and that third party.

We may collect, store, process, and use account information, profile information, resumes, LinkedIn URLs, company preferences, job preferences, messages, referral activity, and other submitted data to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.

If a seeker asks us to route or submit a referral request, the seeker authorizes us to share information reasonably related to that request with the matched referrer or other relevant recipient. That information may include the seeker’s name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, resume, target role, job link, messages, and other profile or application materials on file.

We may offer privacy settings or sharing controls inside the product, including settings about sharing a seeker profile with matched referrers. Those settings do not limit disclosures needed to operate the service, process a referral request, comply with law, protect the service, investigate misuse, or respond to safety, fraud, or technical issues.

No method of transmission, storage, or access control is guaranteed to be secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty regarding privacy, security, confidentiality, or protection from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parnasa Match and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, lost data, interruption, reputational harm, personal injury, emotional distress, privacy loss, employment-related losses, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a court holds that some liability cannot be fully disclaimed, then to the maximum extent permitted by law our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parnasa Match and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your content, your communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
