Job application autopilot - Wobo.ai
Try wobo.aiI first heard about Wobo through a newsletter, and it hit a real pain point for me: I hated filling out near-identical job applications so much that it became a blocker.
How I used it: I was employed and not under urgent pressure, but I knew I wanted to move on. Wobo removed the friction around the part I disliked most: I could turn it on and watch application confirmations roll into my inbox, or take a more active role and tweak my preferences when I wanted.
Recommendation fit: Most recommendations were pretty solid. Some were off, but that was not a big deal to me because I had not spent time filling out those applications anyway. Over 3-4 months, I used it to auto-apply to roughly 400 roles.
What happened: That led to a handful of screens and take-home challenges, one five-round startup interview process, and eventually the offer that brought me to my current AI engineering role at Point Wild. Make sure you have a good answer when the recruiter asks why you want to work for their company 😉.
I also had enough back-and-forth with their customer support team about feature requests and product ideas that I feel like I had a tiny role in shaping it.
